Clif is passionate about finding ways to use computers to solve everyday problems, and believes that technology should meet the needs of people, not the other way around.

In his 20-plus years working in all aspects of software development—10 in architecture and technology-leadership roles—Clif has delivered point-of-sale, financial, medical, and real-time industrial automation solutions on a wide variety of platforms. He has extensive knowledge of software, network, and Internet technologies and the skills to design effective solutions to problems large or small. With his broad experience and strong critical-thinking and communication abilities, Clif will find the right solution to fit your needs.

Clif holds a Computing Science degree from Simon Fraser University and is a Certified Scrum Master.

David Mauro

David has over two decades experience in software development, testing, requirements engineering, process engineering and quality assurance, in both management and technical roles. He possesses a proven ability to develop highly productive teams while drawing on strong software architecture, design, and implementation skills, and a clear understanding of process architecture and development.

His success leading process improvement projects—ranging from common best practices to SEI CMMI-based development and deployment—and his extensive experience in all aspects of software development ideally position David for a wide variety of software process improvement activities.

David holds a Masters degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University, and a Masters degree in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.


Laura Deville-Jones
CFO, Logistics and Operations

As CFO, Laura works closely with the Board of Directors in coordinating and planning financial activities for the company. As an office and facilities manager, she is a logistics specialist who loves keeping everything running smoothly, and skillfully handles diverse responsibilities such as purchasing, contract management, human resources, shipping, records, management, administration, finance, and anything else thrown her way.

Laura thrives on all the little details that seem to drive everyone else crazy. She’s the person who will jump into all those peripheral tasks and learn what needs to be learned to do what needs to be done.

Marc Semkow
CEO, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance

With over 18 years of experience in the software development industry, Marc has seen enough to know what can be successful and what can’t. His experience in testing, product engineering, program management, and requirements management gives him a well-rounded perspective into software development.

Marc is comfortable talking to customers, digging out critical requirements, and balancing customer issues with development constraints to create workable solutions. His understanding of the Scrum agile process can give you the advantage you need to release better software, more quickly.


Lise Owens

She is a creative facilitator who knows how to bring out the best in any team she works with.

She has served as a product owner for a large team developing infrastructure products used by mission-critical manufacturing applications. Lise will ensure that your business needs are effectively identified and will help create solutions that fit your business values.

Mia Stark
Content Development and Visual Design

For our lead technical writer, software development is all about figuring out how to help users get the most work done with the least amount of effort.

And with an MA in English, a knack for visual design, experience creating online and print documentation, and a background in software testing, Mia is prepared to deliver.
